SIGHT DISTANCES BOUNDARY WALLS HEDGES AND FENCES ETC. ;-

Such boundary walls which about upon a road or an open space and such portion of boundary walls which lie between the roads and front building line shall be constructed according to the standard design as approved be the director. On the remaining side \s, boundary walls, if constructed, shall be 1.83mtrs in height.

Notwithstanding the height of the boundary wall given in sub clause (a) above but subject to the provision of sub clause (c) below, the height of hedges and fences shall not exceed 1.83mtrs.

Notwithstanding the boundaries of the plot as sold, in case of corner plots boundary walls shall be rounded off such corner by a radius as given below:
i) 1.5mtrs radius for 420 sq. mtrs and (ii) 2.0mtrs radius for plots above 420sq.mtrs (iii) 0.5 mtrs. Radius for plots opening on to open space.
Notwithstanding (a), (b) & (c) above. if in the opinion of the director, at any junction the visibility is affected by any construction, plantation etc, the owner shall comply with any directions on this behalf from him.

Each plot holder and residents have to pay a sum of Rs.1/- per sq.yd per month towards security charges.

A rebate of 10% will be allowed on lump sum payment for a year.

These charges will collected through bills issued by the company on quarterly basis. Bills should be paid within one month.
